Chef Danny can help with menu planning, cost management, organisation of produce ordering, cleaning routines, kitchen efficiency and much more.  All the things you don’t have time to do but know you need to make the most of your kitchen and staff.

Perhaps you need additional help in for an upcoming big event or a key member of your staff is unavailable and you need a temporary team member (or leader) that can hit the ground running.  Chef Danny is available in 4 hour, half day shifts at a rate of $99.50 per shift.
