For a minimum of two people, Chef Danny will prepare and cook a private-dining five course dinner for you, at a location of your choice.  On the menu will be a fine selection of soup, salads, fish, meat and dessert, varied by seasonal availability.

If you request, your dinner can be our very popular surprise tasting menu.  Studies show that 90% of the times we go out to eat we order the same dishes.  The great thing about a tasting menu is you try something new, finding different tastes for your plate that you would not normally consider, widening your culinary experiences.

We can arrange a Sommelier to arrange the right wines to compliment your menu, to make your evening complete.

We use only the freshest ingredients we can find.  Working with different suppliers to obtain the very best produces.  Think of salmon from Canada, strawberries from Holland, and of course fresh fish from right outside our door.
